Jeffrey made his European debut in 1986 as Harlekin in Ariadne auf Naxos in Monte Carlo. His other international engagements include Guglielmo at the Salzburg Festival - a role he has also sung in the Aix-en-Provence Festival. As well as at the Netherlands Opera (Harlekin); the Bastille, Paris Lescaut in Manon Lescaut and Valentin in Faust; Geneva Opera Dr Falke in Die Fledermaus, Fieramosca in Benvenuto Cellini, Valentin (Faust) and Riccardo in I Puritani); Vlaamse Opera in Antwerp (the title role in Don Giovanni); and Bayerische Staatsoper, Munich: Count (Le Nozze di Figaro), Figaro (II Barbiere di Siviglia) and Marcello, (La Boheme). And has also performed Ford (Falstaff) at the Oporto Festival in Portugal. As well as appearing in Tel Aviv, New Israeli Opera as Figaro (Il Barbiere di Siviglia) and Demetrius (Midsummer Night’s Dream).
